I just wanted to say thank you. I really believe everything is working out the way it should.

When we set down the dates I only had estimated exam dates and we worked around the 10th, and when Lizette asked if we could change it to earlier my timetable could allow it as I obviously have the finalised dates now. And you've made all the changes possible!

Thank you so much for facilitating the process, and your amazing agency.  Everything has been such a breeze and I'm so excited to be doing this with all of you.

I really hope that this process could bring a Christmas miracle to the recipients.

Once again thank you. I just realise the longer we walk down this road, that it has been the right decision! ☺
