2016 was an exceptionally busy and productive year with lots of learnings, new people, miracles and fabulous accounts. baby2mom prepares for recognising ten years of facilitating egg donation cycles in South Africa, with over 1,500 egg donation cycles of experience.
Many egg donors travelled between key cities in South Africa and many pregnancies were confirmed and several successes confirmed, see positive accounts on the heart of baby2mom.
Our egg donors contributed wonderfully to amazing accounts of their donation experiences.
Medfem offered information on egg donation and surrogacy through an evening on Pathway to Parenthood evening.
Contributions to aiding health and diet awareness continued on the blog.
Fembryo hosted their Bea-u-tiful day supporting and educating woman on the different stages and medical needs from embryo right to a woman in her final days. I was privileged to attend this special day with my own stunning daughter.
Jenny participated in the media, including on radio for Radio France Internationale, surrogacy input on YFM and Motswaco TV
as well as contributing to newspaper articles and views on surrogacy in South Africa.
A visit was made to Cape Fertility, seeing Dr Heylen and Dr Matebese and reminded about the best practises employed around egg donation making Cape Fertility an absolute magnet for egg donation in South Africa.
A visit was also made to Aevitas Fertility.
In late 2012, application was made to register a baby2mom trademark. During 2016, the baby2mom trademark was published in the Trademark Journal, so we are well on our way to having a formal recognised trademark.
baby2mom has continued to have a strong following on social media, with over 56,000 facebook likes.
