Dear Donor,

We have asked Jenny to pass on this letter to you so that we can pass on how thankful and grateful we are for this selfless act you are undertaking for us. 

We have endured a lot of IVF over the past 5 years and have one amazing son.  He was a twin however 3 months into the pregnancy the twin didn’t make it.  Since this time our dream has been to complete our family with a brother or sister for him.  Our son is 4.5 years old and talks about having a brother or sister all the time.

We know the treatment process very well and my thoughts are with you as you go through this over the next week.  We find it amazing and humbling that you are going through this for us.

Regardless of the outcome we cannot thank you enough for being our Donor and helping us fulfil our dream of completing our little family.  Thank you!
