Dear Donor,

Today, you’re going to give the most precious thing possible: the hope of starting at least a family.  There is no word to express my gratitude to you. But be assured that if a child is conceived this way, he’ll know how generous and altruistic his donor has been.  I’ll also educate him on the history and culture of South Africa, country I came to know and love during my 2 years working here.

Having been through the egg retrieval process myself twice, I know it can feel a bit scary.  Please don’t be.  The team at the Cape Fertility Clinic is wonderful and they’ll take good care of you as they did with me.
