All beings have the ability to procreate.  Trees bear fruit and whether the fruit is picked or not, the trees will bear them.

Fertile woman have eggs and discard of several monthly.  The body only releases sufficient hormones to ripen usually one eggs, thus natually woman usually conceive single pregnancies.

So whether ladies donate eggs or not, their eggs will still be released and lost.  Donating your eggs means putting some of those eggs thta would otherwise be lost to wonderful miraculous good use.
